Exclusivity applies to Aether's provision of StormDial Arborist. Territories are not whole cities or metropolitan areas by default, and boundaries are confirmed with you before payment is accepted.

- I already have an agency. Do I have to leave?
- No. Your agency keeps running campaigns, creative and targeting. StormDial connects to your ad accounts and gives you direct control over budgets, plus weather intelligence and performance visibility.
- Who controls my ad budget?
- You do. Set your own ceilings, override any change and review the full history. Viktor and Storm Watch can only act inside the limits you define, whether an agency or Aether runs your campaigns.
- What does Viktor do, and do I need Slack?
- Viktor is the AI assistant inside your dashboard. He explains performance, interprets weather opportunities, raises or lowers connected budgets on your instruction and explains why automated changes happened. Slack is not required. An optional Slack integration is available where it fits.
- How often does Storm Watch check the weather?
- On a schedule configured for your territory. It uses efficient scheduled checks and shared weather data, and runs AI analysis when a trigger fires.
- Is ad spend included in the price?
- No. You pay Google and Meta directly and we never mark it up. The platform, including your exclusive territory, is $497/month plus a $499 one-time setup. Aether Managed Advertising (+$1,500/month) and Aether CRM (+$149/month plus $499 setup) are optional.
- Do I need the Aether CRM?
- Only if you do not have a suitable CRM. If you already have one, keep it. Custom integrations are scoped separately.
- How does territory protection work?
- Every subscription includes an exclusive, defined service territory. While your exclusivity is active, we will not provide StormDial Arborist to another competing tree-service business within it. Territories are agreed during onboarding and documented as a defined set of ZIP codes or geographic boundaries, so we do not automatically promise an entire city or metro area.
- Does territory protection stop competitors from advertising in my area?
- No. Exclusivity applies to Aether providing StormDial Arborist, not to who can advertise. The weather intelligence, advertising automation and budget system you use will not be supplied to a direct competitor in your protected territory. It applies whether your agency or Aether manages your advertising.
- When are my territory boundaries confirmed?
- Before you pay. Your boundaries and any overlapping service areas are confirmed with you before we accept payment. Larger or additional territories may require a separate commercial agreement, and protection continues while your subscription is active and you comply with the agreed terms.
- Do you run ads during storms and disasters?
- Yes, inside Google and Meta's sensitive event policies. Ads offer help and never exploit the event. We set this up from day one.
